Superfastcode Terms of Service
Last updated May 28, 2026
Please read these Terms carefully. These Terms govern access to Superfastcode, including the website, console, API gateway, billing features, documentation, and related services operated by SuperfastAI LLC.
By creating an account, using an API key, joining a team workspace, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
1. Service Overview
Superfastcode provides an AI coding gateway for developer tools, coding agents, model routing, API key management, usage tracking, subscriptions, wallet credits, and related account services.
The Service may route requests to third-party model providers and infrastructure vendors. Availability, latency, model behavior, outputs, and provider features may vary by provider, region, plan, and system conditions.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter these Terms. You are responsible for accurate account information and all activity under your account, API keys, devices, and workspace permissions.
Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, leaked credentials, compromised API keys, or misuse of the Service.
3. Teams and Workspaces
Team owners and administrators may invite users, assign roles, manage API keys, view workspace activity, and control billing features. Administrators are responsible for the users they authorize.
If an organization provides your access, that organization may control workspace settings, member access, billing records, and associated operational data.
4. Billing, Credits, and Subscriptions
Paid features may include subscriptions, wallet credits, usage-based billing, promotional credits, or other plans shown in the console or checkout flow.
Credits are prepaid service credits, not bank deposits, stored value, or currency. Unless required by law or expressly stated in writing, credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may expire according to the terms shown when issued.
5. User Content and Outputs
You retain your rights in prompts, inputs, files, code, and other content submitted to the Service. You grant Superfastcode the rights needed to process that content, route requests, return outputs, provide support, monitor reliability, and operate the Service.
AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, or unsuitable. You are responsible for testing, license review, security review, and human oversight before using outputs in production or public work.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not break laws, violate rights, evade sanctions, bypass rate limits or payment controls, attack infrastructure, submit malware, or use the Service in a way that harms users, systems, third parties, or the integrity of the Service.
7. Third-Party Services and Availability
The Service may depend on model providers, payment processors, identity providers, hosting providers, analytics services, and developer tools. Their services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, providers, models, limits, pricing, routing behavior, or documentation when needed.
8. Privacy, Suspension, and Contact
The Superfastcode Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. We may suspend access, revoke API keys, block requests, or limit usage for security risk, payment issues, legal requirements, or violations of these Terms.
Questions about these Terms may be sent to support@superfastai.org.
