We may also process profile details, authentication provider identifiers, API key metadata, team membership information, billing status, transaction records, request timestamps, routing metadata, error logs, and service preferences.

2. How We Collect Information

We collect information when you register, sign in with email code or identity provider, create API keys, join a workspace, contact support, use the console, or send requests through the gateway.

We use cookies and browser storage to keep sessions active, protect accounts, remember account state, measure service health, and improve navigation.

3. User Content and API Requests

Prompts, inputs, generated outputs, uploaded files, code snippets, API payloads, and related metadata may be transmitted and processed to provide routing, debugging, billing, abuse prevention, and support functions.

Do not submit content you are not authorized to use or content requiring safeguards beyond those provided by the Service.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide API gateway access, route requests, calculate usage, apply credits, process payments, send operational notices, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

5. Team and Workspace Visibility

If you use a team or organization feature, account owners and administrators may view member emails, roles, API key metadata, usage, billing status, and operational activity associated with that workspace.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only as needed to operate the Service, including to model providers, infrastructure vendors, payment processors, identity providers, analytics tools, customer-support vendors, legal authorities, and successor organizations when applicable.

7. Retention, Security, and Your Choices

We retain information as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, satisfy accounting requirements, and comply with law.

You may request access, correction, export, deletion, or restriction of personal information by contacting support@superfastai.org. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required for security, billing, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

8. Children, Changes, and Contact

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We may update this Policy from time to time and will post the revised version with a new last-updated date.
